I would have no hesitation in recommending Rock Property Management. I deal with the principal, Paul Fleming on an almost daily basis. Like all owners, leasing vacancies is the number one priority. Paul didn’t just rush out and get whoever he could to fill the space. He assessed what the centre and catchment area needed, put in place target uses for each shop that would best compliment the centre and have the best chance of success. He then put in place a strategy to attract tenants within the target category. Here we are 3 months later celebrating the opening of 3 new businesses in shops that had been long term vacancies, with another 3 about to sign up. As well as the success finding and agreeing lease terms with the new tenants, all the subsequent communication has been excellent. The lease terms were conveyed clearly to all the relevant parties, documentation went through without any problems, building works were completed within budget and the new tenants opened on time. Ongoing management issues are also handled professionally and efficiently. Paul and his team certainly understand retailers and retail property, such that we are now utilising Paul’s experience with our long term planning for the properties.
